"The worst costumer service, the run my credit with out my permission they didn’t give an explanation and hung up the phone on several times just be careful if you going with with this people at the beginning they will trade you good just for them to grab you under contract also with out even explaining to you anything at all , they over expanded my contract with asking just to increase my insurance the the sky it is absolutely nonprofessional , especially with Edwin Cabral Just be careful"

"Hi Oscar, Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points. Our agency does not perform credit checks for insurance purposes. While State Farm may periodically review consumer reports approximately every 36 months for renewal purposes, this process is not handled at the agency level. Additionally, when obtaining a quote to add a vehicle, consumer reports are ordered by the quoting system. For example, if there is a freeze on someone's credit report, the report cannot be accessed, and the quote will be generated based on other criteria. You were placed on hold briefly while we gathered the information you requested. When we returned, your son informed us that you were on another call, so we sent you a text with the information and ended the call. You then called back and spoke with another representative for an hour and four minutes, during which all your questions were answered. Rate increases are happening nationwide due to various economic factors, including claim frequency and inflation which is also not handled at the agency level. Please also note that State Farm does not issue contracts; policies renew automatically, and renewal documents are sent out up to 45 days in advance allowing ample time to review your policy and make any necessary changes if you choose not to continue coverage. Lastly, I do not see any notes on your account indicating that you have personally spoken with me during the six years you've been insured with us. If you have any further concerns regarding your policy, I would be happy to arrange an in-person meeting or Zoom call for a policy review with either myself or my Team Leader, Rosy Rodriguez.
