"Been with this office for years even though I live in Brooklyn, recently called in regards to why my policy went up almost $100 in just one month. Was given the usual rates are going up etc even though my rates have already risen, granted insurance agents get a portion of our policy for compensation any how the lady who I spoke with who was condensending at best recommended for me to shop around for cheaper quotes when I asked besides defensive driving discount what else can be done. I have had nothing but good experiences prior to this but it only takes one disheartening one to be over with. I rather change insurance agents that way someone else can benefit from me at least then change companies/ shop around!!!"
